Rental

The main house is always rented first.
In this way, you have the first choice of renting the guest apartment as well.
Should you decide not to rent the guest apartment, the studio on the ground floor with garden will be rented out separately.

During the months of July and August, the minimum rental period is two weeks.

For overwintering on the Mediterranean (November through March), a monthly price can be arranged. email contact

The weekly rental calendar runs from Saturday to Saturday.

Guests should supply their own sheets, covers, pillowcases and towels.
Bed linen can be rented from the owners for 12.50 euros per person.

Security deposit: € 300

Cleaning surcharge: € 50 main house
                              € 25 studio

The security deposit will be returned to you once the house has been left in good order.
